FIT & PROPER ASSESSMENT · 4 HALF-DAYS · 1 VERDICT
Are you
fit and proper?
You have just been nominated Chief Risk Officer of Banca Aurelia. Before you can take office, the supervisor must decide whether you are fit and proper for the job. Over two days it puts you through four assessments: lending, monitoring a book in trouble, working with the supervisor, and judging a bank acquisition.
⚖️ Judged on the five real criteria: knowledge, integrity, independence of mind, time commitment, collective suitability.
🤝 Table huddles: a CRO never decides alone. ⏱ Each assessment is timed by your trainer (45–60 min). ⭐ Each game is out of 250, plus a bonus part worth up to +50 on top.
Your first completed attempt of each game counts. Your verdict is private; the leaderboard shows the top 3.
